This position will receive a starting non-exempt hourly wage listed above, and entitled to overtime pay of 1.5 times your hourly wage. These wages are subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law. You will be paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule, while employed, as an active team member, to be paid out on Tuesdays of a pay week (see pay period schedule for dates). Every new Manager-in-Training will be scheduled for the Manager Development Program - Level 1 Workshop - as part of the offer letter process. Please refer to the Training Calendar to see upcoming classes.
