Offer Letter
Basic Information
This position will receive a starting non-exempt hourly wage listed above, and entitled to overtime pay of 1.5 times your hourly wage. These wages are subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law. You will be paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule, while employed, as an active team member, to be paid out on Tuesdays of a pay week (see pay period schedule for dates). We are pleased at the prospect of having you as part of Dream Team Pizza, L.L.C. and look forward to your contributions in this role! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your store manager or district manager.
Development
Every new Manager-in-Training will be scheduled for the Manager Development Program - Level 1 Workshop - as part of the offer letter process. Please refer to the Training Calendar to see upcoming classes.
Acknowledgement
I accept the above offer of employment and I understand that this company is an at-will employer, and that this means that the company or I may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice and in accordance with applicable law. No officer , employee, or representative of the company is authorized to enter into an agreement-express or implied-with me or any employee for employment for a specified period of time. Any agreement to employment for a specified period of time will be put into writing and signed by the President of the Company
